If you met me two years ago, you may not know me yet.
A lot has changed and I’m gonna take a hot sec to introduce the new me. (Yup - it’s a cheesy re-introduction post! 😂😂😂)
In all seriousness tho, here’s the scoop:
I AM
Love, joy, strength light and grace.
And we’re done.
That’s my essence. My identity. My guide and my lens.
The usual would look more like this:
I’m an empowerment and identity coach serving impact-driven and heart-led humans who know they are called to and capable of more but who can’t seem to get out of their own way. I empower them to live their most powerful, purposeful, and passionate life.
And NO
I did NOT wake up one day and slap “coach” on my door.
This has been a passion filled journey of certification and credentialing as a coach (that is nearly finalized), blending in my B.Sc. in studying human interaction in their environments, a continued psychology fascination, dare to lead training to expand my understanding of vulnerability and shame resilience, and serious study of the Enneagram as a self awareness and self compassion tool.
I don’t take tHis calling lightly.
Shutting down a business that was my heart for 10 years and both successful and profitable was not an easy call. But it was so incredibly worth it.
So if you’re looking for a way to get unstuck, or to live life fully and get out of your way... if you’ve lost yourself and are ready to come home... it’s time.
